The Queensland Government Gazettes are published every Friday. They are the recognised information source for the Queensland Government senior executives, middle management, purchasing officers, travel booking clerks, engineers, planners, architects, professionals and general staff.

The ‘Gazettes’ circulate widely in all Government departments and agencies, giving access to a wide audience of Government decision makers for 51 weeks of the year.


Advertising is only available within the Vacancies Gazette and the front cover of the General Gazette
4800 copies are distriubuted with an estimated total readership of the two gazettes being 55 000

General Gazette        > bound consolidated record of each of the Gazettes printed during the week - including the Vacancies Gazette.

Electronic file requirements: GOPRINT supports Mac and PC version

All files must be supplied as EPS files: QuarkXpress V 3.32 or 4.4, Pagemaker V 6.5 and FrameMaker V 5.5 files are to be supplied as EPS files, together with linked graphic files and fonts. Freehand V 8, Illustrator V 7, and CorelDraw V 8 files to be supplied as EPS files with text converted to curves.  Graphics to be supplied as EPS or Tiff files. Scanned images to be at 300dpi at finished size.A hard copy of the advertisement at 100% must be supplied with all files.

Media for file transfer: GOPRINT accept files supplied using floppy; CD; Zip; Jaz; PLI’s & Syquest 200mb and 270mb.  Please ensure that all media supplied to GOPRINT has a return address included.
